Categorize and beautify impact page about faculty

Here's a general sketch of the data structure:

• Generate a list of broad populations impact, ordered by distance from academia. For example, some impacts are on higher education, which is quite proximal to me, but others are on federal policy, which quite far.
• Within each population, include a description of the population, and a list of how they were impacted and what research projects impacted them. This allows the impact page to contain a , include a list of impacts and the projects that impacted them.

This data structure allows the impact page to have a lost of populations impacted, but also allows the project page to list, per project, the impact it had. It also allows the CV to grab specific populations of impact, such as press, and enumerate them.
