Books: Separate content from presentation about faculty

One possible architecture:

• Basic single-page app that takes as input a URL to a JSON specification with metadata such as title, authors, contributors, summary, and a list of chapters and corresponding markdown file names.
• All markdown files are relative to the specification and all images should be in /images.
• App loads the spec, loads all of the markdown, creates an index for searches, generates routes for all of the chapters, translates markdown to HTML.
• UI allows for infinite scroll on a single page, anchoring paragraphs and headings, keyboard navigation between paragraphs and chapters, client side book searching, and in the future, server-side interactions like bookmarking, highlighting, commenting, questions for authors.
