I'm pretty sure we decided on :quant for the second case.

For all done, why not :degree? Feels reminiscent of utterly destroyed in the help page.

I agree with Claire there still are a few inconsistencies left regarding "all".
I like Nathan's suggestion to annotate "all done" using ":degree all".
":quant all" looks fine for "All the chickens are just alike."
There might be some cases of "all the ..." for which using include-91 with ":ARG3 all" might be an option, in analogy to a sentence we had with "one of the few industrialized nations".

request: dictionary entry for "all", demonstrating :quant, :degree, omit, at-all

from amr-guidelines.

Based on a suggestion by Nathan, I added an initial AMR Dict entry for all, including a number of multiword expressions: http://www.isi.edu/~ulf/amr/lib/amr-dict.html#all

After revisiting examples and literature for after all (Quirk, OAD), I think that after-all should have the role :concession instead of :mod.
