in account you need to make sure you have an api key

you can generate one if missing

Then use the api key as your password. subsonic stores passwords in a different wa to ampache and this was how i was able to implement later api versions.

you can also change the auth method in ultrasonic as well i think? but the apikey as a password will work

With API Key, I can log in using UltraSonic, but I still can't log in using Power Ampache. The problem may rest elsewhere.

Note. Jukebox mode not available, so Ultrasonic still can't play the music.

I guess this issue is solved.

In power Ampache you will need to enable an ACL for the API. By default we don't allow the API access to the network. This might change as I think it's not needed now that auth is required

The Ampache Docker instance has them enabled by default apparently.
