Designing a scenario to fight with spammers about telegram-observer-bot

This scenario can be various depending on conditions:

1. Most of spams can be prevented by banning ordinary bots entering the group;
2. Time bombs, these bots enter the group silently and begin their flooding at the right time. They also search for any group links when they're silent.

Telegram Bot API is able to detect ordinary bots. But "Time Bombs" are different. They're indistinguishable, so the solution is to make a so-called Blacklist.

I think I'll be able to handle this issue soon.

Hi @ehsaan-me,

About first section, I'm agree with you. We can kick all API bots when added in the group.
We can also remove that person who add this bots immediately.

About second section, I think there isn't any spammer like this that be active in groups. At least i didn't see.

I hope we solve this problem ASAP.
