Add Error message localization about recaptcha

We will integrate localization, in the mean time, you can just pass in a localized value for options[:message]

You don't need anything to patch, it's possible right now in 0.3.1:

verify_recaptcha(:model => @contact, :message => :recaptcha)

and translate it in activerecord.errors.models.contact.attributes.base.recaptcha

Tested in 3.0.1, but I think it also works in 2.3.x

I only suggest to add the default values for helper and verifier in class variables, so it possible to define them in initializers, for example it's possible with paperclip, formtastic and other major gems.
