Or under global settings > paths. That may be easier to set the relative paths 
for different game folders.

I like the relative paths idea, but moving the path selection to a less 
convenient location does not seem like such a good thing.

I agree with StarrySky.
Relative paths can be implement (although it has low priority) but path 
selection will not be moved.
