[Request] Special character support about mednaffe

Yes, mednafen emulator has Unicode support on Windows since version 1.21.x.

And mednaffe has Unicode support on Windows since 0.9.x, but some bug prevents it to be useful (mednafen executable is not detected when a non-ASCII character is used in the path).

Yes, Windows version is not Unicode-aware (Linux version is) so a lot of 
characters can break functionality (like japanese or russian characters).

I should definitely fix this. Thanks for reporting.

Finally, this issue will not be fixed because mednafen emulator is not 
Unicode-aware itself (I assumed it wrongly).

If a directory (or a file) containing the ﻼ or other non ASCII character is 
send to mednafen (via command-line), it does not work on Windows.

So I think that better leave it as it is until mednafen emulator get Unicode 
support.

It seems that Mednafen now how unicode support if I understand correctly, would it now be possible for Mednaffe to implement it?
