Implement adding images from search browsers to the blank tiles about chartr

It's a helpful feature since not all search providers have certain niches of records (especially in the underground parts) on their database.

I just remembered this was the reason I created Chartr in the first place. And then I just forgot to implement this. 🤦‍♂️

Haha it's alright, this feature was also in that other chart making website that I'm not gonna name but yeah haha.

So I've implemented a sort of janky way to do this, which I realize might not have the best experience on mobile. You can now just paste an image's URL in the box where you would normally search. And then you can change the album title by first clicking "Show Album Titles" and then "Allow Editing Titles"
