Using silentMoveTo is firing callbacks about fullpage.js

You can just use a flag to keep track of when you trigger silentMove.
Then prevent the callback code to get executed based on that.

For example:

var g_hasTriggeredSilentMove = false;
document.querySelector('#demo').addEventListener('click, function(){
    g_hasTriggeredSilentMove = true;
    fullpoage_api.silentMoveTo(3)
});

new fullpage('#container', {
    onLave: function(origin, destination, direction, trigger){
         if(!g_hasTriggeredSilentMove){
             // your code here
          }
    }  
});
