Sorry.. I must have gone blind for a minute.. I see the "offer" handled at PhoneRTCPlugin.java:180:
type.equals("answer") || type.equals("offer")
The app on Android (didnt try iOS) currently crashes when it gets an incoming call though.

Is the callee invoking phonertc.call before the caller? This is currently required (see #50 (comment))

Hey, thanks much, I had not see that comment. Yes it worked after invoking phonertc.call before the caller.
