Local ./notes folder about notational-fzf-vim

It worked fine for me.

I made a new directory, made sure it was the current working dir, and then added a notes dir and a few nonempty files to it. This plugin specifically does not search files that are empty or only have whitespace, which I should document.

Hmm indeed it worked, sorry about that, maybe I had to restart Neovim instead of just reloading config. Thanks!

You'd have to restart because it checks if it's already loaded first. I'm considering dropping that.
