RepositoryTag does not support tags like "ip:port/xxx:yyy" about reactive-docker

I've just pushed a fix to the privateregistry-support branch - can you please verify if it works as desired and also, if it works when using with docker api features (like pull / push)
I don't have a private registry running to test against ...

Until now , I have only used the pull and containerCreate feature.
It works mostly but has some issue. I will open issues on that and start testing push.

find a bug.
scala> RepositoryTag("192.168.0.120:5000/judge2312121212")
res1: com.kolor.docker.api.entities.RepositoryTag = 192.168.0.120:5000/judge2312121212/

scala> res1.tag
res2: Option[String] = Some()

when push ,it generate ...../192.168.0.120:5000/judge2312121212//push like url.

ok thanks, I'll check on this again. Maybe we need something else if the regex to verify custom registry tags gets to sohpisticated.
