I am thinking about rewriting this project specifically for the API. Back when i started this i never anticipated it blowing up and the codebase is pretty rough. Would you guys be interested in a rewrite so i can get this to be more reliable?

Hello @alexwohlbruck ,

I'm currently studying a course written by GitHub Learning Lab. Several steps in that course need to interact with the Cat-Facts developer's RESTful API.

For some unknown reason, the RESTful API is currently down. Although the automation bot allow to merge pull request even if the GitHub Actions tests failed, I still thinks it's a bit "wierd" for course learners.

Could you please fix (or just simply "revert" to previous commits?) the RESTful API for us and continue rewriting the whole project in some dev branch which doesn't affect the original working API?
