add performance testing about memoize-one

I have made some good progress on this. However, I am unsure what a fair comparison would be. I have discovered different libraries perform better / worse based on the types and length of arguments passed in. I can say at this point that it does better than most for remembering the last invocation. However, the numbers vary depending on the arguments.

Also, I am not really keen to add lots of libraries to this repo as dev dependencies purely for benchmarking. I would use jsperf.com but memoizeOne does not create a global if needed via UMD.
