It seems the twitter card on that page is also broken according to card validator
Plus it doesn't show anything about google play when tested because it detect summary card.

If twitter:description is missing, og:description is used instead. Also, we have to request Twitter to show Google Play link, IIRC.

It doesn't took the og:description like the card validator shows plus I did a small test on this tweet https://twitter.com/leonardcamacho/status/529269076917764096 and it doesn't show the summary card.
You have to ask for permission to show an app card but you are choosing to show summary card:
<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary">
instead of app card:
<meta name="twitter:card" content="app">
