Unalignment of division about chooseindependent

Not sure if this also includes the part near the end of the fox tail. but this needs to be fixed too.

so, just to recap:

1. The alignment below the intro (near the Firefox logo) is not correct --> this depends on the resolution / browser window size
2. tail is hiding --> this depends on the resolution / browser window size

the bottom part of the tail still needs fixing.. also it would be great if the blue semi-transparent div would never move away from the grey part of the tail
