package issue about hadoop-book

Unfortunately it looks like Cloudera has removed the old Crunch Maven artifacts from their repositories, which is causing part of this error. Crunch has been promoted to an Apache project, so the central Maven repo's have these JAR's, but package names have changed so the code won't compile against them.

Given that I'm currently working on the 2nd edition of the book (and as part of that will get around to revising the Crunch code), I'm inclined to exclude the Crunch code from the build.

Please download the code and try the build again - hopefully it'll go through this time.
