@piquadrat what was the purpose of squeezing the controls there at the first place?
I'm sure there is some reasoning behind this in terms of toolbar API, but it is unclear to me right now.

@szuliq because they didn't show up for me in the first place :) But we'll change the API anyway pretty soon (@digi604 is working on that), so I suggest to leave this for the moment

Since I have a similar case in aldryn-jobs I will wait for updated API as well.

@szuliq it should be closer to it's final form now ;) @digi604 already updated cms_toolbar.py to the new API. I'm not sure if this problem was solved with the update, though.
