Unable to create the inflator with Zippy about zippy

Assuming you want to use zip as archive file format,

Zippy will try to find the Zip binary using your PATH environment variable,

which zip

if binary is not found,
Zippy will try to use the PHP Zip extension,

php --ri zip

if extension is not found,
Zippy will throw an exception because no "compression tools" (zip,php-zip extension) to handle zip files are provided by your environment.
