This is a basic program that calculates the burned calories during a training session and recommends daily calorie intake based on user input.

To use this program, follow these steps:

Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/Albebu/calorie_counter.git

Compile the program:
g++ -o calorie_tracker calorie_tracker.cpp

Run the program:
./calorie_tracker
- Enter basic information about yourself, age, weight...
- Select the type of exercise you have done (Walking, Bycicling, Weight... ).
- The program calculates the burned calories.
- Enter your daily activity and the program will recommend your daily calorie intake.
- Repeat.
