Calorie Counter

This is a basic program that calculates the burned calories during a training session and recommends daily calorie intake based on user input.

Dependencies

This program ony uses standar libraries that come with c++

Installation

To use this program, follow these steps:

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/Albebu/calorie_counter.git
  2. Compile the program:

    g++ -o calorie_tracker calorie_tracker.cpp
  3. Run the program:

    ./calorie_tracker

Usage

  1. Enter basic information about yourself, age, weight...
  2. Select the type of exercise you have done (Walking, Bycicling, Weight... ).
  3. The program calculates the burned calories.
  4. Enter your daily activity and the program will recommend your daily calorie intake.
  5. Repeat.
