RSS update feed from all projects in user interface about akvo-rsr

Me and Gabriel talked about to just add both this feed and the blog feed to the head of the html code. That would make it available from the browsers url field in the same way as on this (github) and many other pages. Not sure if this is enough in the long run but it sure would be a clean way to add the functionality without adding elements to the UI.

This is an interesting idea I think. But for a slightly less "web savvy" user this would be somewhat obscure I think. Many users don't know that the RSS icon in the URL field means that they can subscribe to that. (Not saying we shouldn't do this.)

Also, on the home page, it is not clear what RSS you are actually subscribing to, when the only RSS icon on the actual page is for the blog.

I added the feeds to the html head in the 0.9.14 release.
