SDK Search: Training & Guides are edging out API matches about romannurik-code

Just can't win 'em all :-( Omnibox has a max result limit, but yeah it seems 
like for exact matches API reference should win. I'll look into it.

Just pushed a fix to the repository, but haven't uploaded to Chrome Web Store 
yet. Want to test my fairly significant algorithm changes first.

@Daniel— if you want to try the new version, I've attached the .ZIP. Simply 
extract it and go into extensions and "Load Unpacked Extension" (you'll 
probably want to disable the public version first).

Oh, that's odd... starting with a capital letter is returning worse results 
than lowercase letters. I'll get on that.
