I've got the functionality of this and the other issue I opened working locally, but the tests break. Looking at them, it looks like the tests are looking for the sliders to be able to go outside of the range, i.e. it looks like there are tests that are trying to check that -1%, -10%, and 101% are outputs of the slider. To me they seem like weird tests, I don't see why the slider would need to go outside of it's defined range, so some clarification there would be helpful if anyone knows.

Once I can figure out what these tests are for and unbreak them, I can submit the PR.
