[LayersPlugin]: package.json does not exists at bucket... about serverless-layers

i copied package.json to the bucket and still getting the error.

it might be a policy / permission error I will take a look into that. Since I am doing this from my user and I am admin then it should not require policy, yes?

Here is the error message that I receive:

Serverless: [LayersPlugin]: package.json does not exists at bucket...
