Milliseconds sounds like the correct unit to me?!

Easy to get to micro seconds, but that does not solve the issue of multiple transactions in one micro block.
@uwiger: is the preferred solution here to manually call mine_until_txs_on_chain and then call emit_microblock?
Would be nice with some insight in how the module aedevmode_emitter is supposed to be used.
