Error occurs when loading workspace about ycweather

The problem was then when a workspace is opened the station button did not activate its callback, so when mesowest stations were selected automatically upon the workspace opening, the data was not loaded. This was corrected in callback_readWS.m, within the applyWS subfunction, Section 4.

Also, a bug was found with the window position. This was repaired in the set_window_position subfunction of callback_readWS.m. Added: set(handle,'units','normalized');
