Yes, all that is working. I am able to resolve it. I need to set the certificate for curl in php.ini. Or i need to add the line in curlhttp that it should not verify the ssl. thanks.

What happens if you go to https://pal-test.adyen.com/pal/servlet/Payment/v18/authorise in your browser? Is the certificate accepted? Is the datetime of your computer up-to-date?

Just a tip... I'd never disable SSL verification in any HTTP request, you want to be sure you're connecting to the correct server and you want your data to be encrypted to prevent MITM attacks.
Best is to configure your CURL setup to be able to verify the validity of SSL certs.
