Hi Gregoor,

Filtering via $filter is not the best as it is no longer a simple Javascript object.

It is still possible, however...

<ul>
  <li ng-repeat="event in events | filter: {attributes: {type: 'PushEvent'}}">
    Type: {{event.get('type')}}
  </li>
</ul>

I hope this makes sense. You can drill down the Backbone model in this way.

You can reference the code above in terms of the plunker on http://adrianlee44.github.io/ng-backbone/ to see it in action.

Reference https://docs.angularjs.org/api/ng/filter/filter for more information on filtering with an object as the expression.

@Gregoor, the example given by @chemoish will work as it targets the attributes on the model. The reason $filter results in an endless loop is because of the circular reference on Backbone model and collection. By targeting attributes, you are preventing that from happening.

That makes perfect sense! I tried that without the attributes object, but it obviously didn't work. Thanks a lot! Works as expected!
