You can open modal by using JS method open() on hystModal instance:
For example, like this in your JS file:

const myModal = new HystModal({
    linkAttributeName: "data-hystmodal",
});
myModal.open("#myOfferModal");

where myOfferModal - is ID-attribute of you modal selector <div class="hystmodal" id="myOfferModal">...</div>
