I've prepared a fix that brings back the required indicator, arguments list indentation, and spacing between the examples. Those fixes should go out next week.

Do you really need the TYPE column? I've got feedback in the past that it takes up too much room and isn't that useful. Lots of programs out there just use the description to tell the user how to express the option. Exposing the .NET type can even cause confusion in some cases.

After consideration, I agree that the TYPE column can be left out. It's true that the .NET type can confuse things and, of course, has no meaning in the context of a string based command line.
