If I added a helper that converts a string into an array, accounting for quoted arguments with spaces, would that address this? You could then pass that array into any of the existing parse methods.
I'd like to avoid adding parse functions that accept a single string since the existing functions already accept string arrays using the params keyword, meaning that there's already a single string semantic in place (a string[] with length 1).

There was no comment on this, but the latest code does contain a new helper that looks like this:
Args.Convert(string commandLine) // returns a string[]
