Build error [gcc 4.6.1, archlinux, x86_64] about actor-framework

Hi,

thank you for the bug report. I'll update the readme file.
libcppa uses automake as build tool. The usual steps are:

autoreconf -i
./configure
make

You also need the boost-thread library.

Thank you to give the correct way to build the source.
gcc builds more files, but it anyway fails when meeting those lines :

It doesn't accept the constructor to be twice declared, once as a private constructor, once as a protected one.

I've removed the private constructor declarations, and it worked fine.
