I looked into this again briefly. One snag is that contextTypes and childContextTypes are static properties, which means we'll need to use a higher-order component pattern.

I am also interested in this for 2 libraries that I am working on for which I'd like to use flummox without leaking "my flux" down blindly. Is there anything I can do to help or are you already working on a solution @acdlite?
