White bar below non-full-screen-pages about deluminate

This issue recently (yesterday or the day before) started appearing for me. I'm going to guess that this is due to Chrome updating to v36 on july 16 http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.se/2014/07/stable-channel-update.html and me only noticing a few days later due to not restarting chrome earlier.

Think you could push a new version that includes 5dbf8a0 ?

Examples of the issue:
The following site gets a permanent white part on the right and an inital white square on the left.

The left square disappears when I change tabs and then back again.

Same here on github but on the bottom.

Currently running 'Google Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125 m' on Windows 7 x64.

You're right, I've been negligent. This should have been included in a release a long time ago.
