Prevent FOUC about mes

I've changed from adding styles in jQuery document onload to adding directly in Javascript. I hope it's quicker.

@abrkn It's still a bit noticeable - but seems faster than before.

Some ideas:

1. display:none the body until JS is loaded - might require jason to help add a condition in for us if he's willing

2. Maybe we can limit the FOUC to one time only by injecting that display:none and having it persist, then future page renders will be more seamless?

3. Maybe I can dig through how RES does it as well.
