#4GB Files about forward-client

It doesn't forward more than 2GB + files

Please provide any proof and what about private channel (TELEGRAM ALLOWS ALL USERS TO FORWARD OR DOWNLOAD 4GB FILE BUT NOT UPLOAD)

And my telegram account got terminated using this bot so I'm not gonna use it again
