I am close to finishing a new version (v3) for Blender 2.8. So instead of uploading old videos, I'll create new ones. If you want to test out the new version, download it from here: https://github.com/aachman98/Sorcar/releases/download/v3.0-alpha/sorcar-v3-alpha.zip (still in very early phase)

You don't need to watch any Houdini tutorials, but I suggest you learn the basic concepts of procedural modeling. It's mostly about how you can do something logically (using an algorithm) which may seem easy to do manually. For example, you can easily select all the vertices of an eye of a human face 3D model (because you know what and where eyes are... duh), but procedurally selecting those vertices requires you to create a rule like selecting all the vertices in concave parts of the model. Once complete, the same rule can be used to select eyes of different models, maybe even of different species (which surely would be difficult to do by hand).

Hi,
Sorry for the late response. You can ask anything here, or on BlenderArtist thread as per your convenience.

And thanks for trying out Sorcar. It may have a bit of a learning curve, but if you use Blender frequently, you'll find that there are nodes for most of the operations that you perform in the 3D viewport.
As for the tutorials, I did record my screen when I was making those models but most of them exceeded 30 min. That is why I edited out the initial part, and uploaded the rest as "Breakdown of ..." videos.

If it helps, I can upload those recordings as such. You can also check out these tutorials from Jimmy Gunawan: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsbztkb4az9jL1xhbznMKU7OxuKxUg4UE

Thank you for the links! I think those 30 min videos could be useful if it's not too much trouble to upload them.

In the description you mentioned that your add-on is influenced by Side-FX Houdini. Do you suggest to watch some Houdini tutorials to get a better understanding of Sorcar?
