The links to page parts contain spaces.

Used on real log files, some users are assumed to be logged in but then really log in. Find out, why this is the case and fix it.

portable shebang not working for me, find out why, reinsert.

When trying to execute there appears to be a bug?

$ python mcStats.py --help

IndentationError: expected an indented block

Is this bug related to the python version? I'm running 'Python 2.7.10'
I would have tried to fix this, but I have no clue of python.

As noted in the read me, we should copy assets to the output file. Maybe we could make a "build" folder, when just a filename is given and put everything in there.

Some files are called relative to the script path. This breaks when e.g. called from different location or via cron.
