Only send notification when build fail about action-slack

I think it can be done with the feature of GitHub Actions.

  with:
    status: ${{ job.status }}
    author_name: Integration Test # default: 8398a7@action-slack

    GITHUB_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }} # required

  if: failure() # Pick up events even if the job fails or is canceled.

Is this not enough?
