Access the compiler instance from the 'serverRenderer' middleware about webpack-hot-server-middleware

@richardscarrott you are right, i didn't think about the production case. I think I can setup the compiler in a separate module and import it on serverRenderer.

@martin-eq if I were to expose the compiler to the serverRenderer how would you then use that in production where there isn't a compiler?

Could you not instead just import the module directly in your serverRenderer code and let Webpack bundle it into the same chunk?
