I already tried changing the fps limit to the same as my monitor, aswell as i tried every fps value, as i said for some reason it needs to have Vsync enabled, that's why 1.2.0 works perfectly fine. It's probably just an uncommon thing from my monitor and as long as 1.2.0 works it's all good for me, i was just wondering for future versions. Thanks anyways!

I also have a 75Hz monitor and despite me changing the target FPS value to 75, I experience very frequent stuttering. The PR I created allows you to control VSync from config.ini, and brings smooth gameplay to me.
