You have too much data, and that creates a URL which is too long.

It's 404 because it's too long to be a valid GET request. SO Google actually receives part of the url, and it must cut at a part that makes it invalid for Google.

When you paste it back into the terminal, the string is also too long and the terminal cuts it, limiting it to the terminal's max length (1024 chars). In that case, it happen to cut at a location that let enough data for google to understand and chart.

Try to chart less datapoints and it should be solved.
