finetune-anything

Fine-tune SAM (Segment Anything Model) for computer vision tasks such as semantic segmentation, matting, detection ... in specific scenarios

demo app w/ nearly working posting features to firebase firestore database, dynamic updating (without refresh of app), clean design. User authentication with google OAuth and data is stored in accordance to the logged in user. Still in the works on a separate repository - this is cloned for viewing purposes.

nndetection

nnDetection is a self-configuring framework for 3D (volumetric) medical object detection which can be applied to new data sets without manual intervention. It includes guides for 12 data sets that were used to develop and evaluate the performance of the proposed method.
