Add bower support about resumable.js

Thanks! But it looks like you haven't registered the package with bower yet ... bower ls still shows no version number.

Should be nicely registered now...

I am afraid, the version number is still not correct.

$ bower ls
bower check-new     Checking for new versions of the project dependencies..

...

Not sure what the problem is. Somehow bower is not recognizing the new version and using the git commit hash instead.
