Additional advice sets about miden-vm

An initial version of Merkle path set has been implemented in #177

Out of simple in-memory advice sets, we have a Sparse Merkle tree left to implement. This could be a fairly straightforward implementation of a Sparse Merkle tree. Specifically:

1. We don't need to implement any compaction logic.
2. We can still maintain the current simple interface where the indexes are at most 63 bits.
3. We can keep the current restriction that only the leaf nodes can be updated.
