Proxy host and port getting parsed even if disabled about melijn-bot

This looks pretty great. No complaint at all! The comments are very clear now and the default values don't crash the bot, so I'd say it's more than solved.

Oh true I'll change the default and maybe we can make the config lazy loaded so invalid values don't throw exceptions unless their value is queried :)

Hm I go back on what I said about lazy loading, I don't think it would be a good experience if after running for a day you suddenly get errors because of something misconfigured.
Let me know if the current documentation changes help tho
