Robots.txt has no way to say "hey look at sitemap.xml"
It's a predefined, canonical URL, anyhow.
I don't want to include a default one as it will be incorrect almost immediately and have a negative effect on the site.

but if you're using a framework/CMS you should just be using a plugin for it to handle your sitemap.
